5th Wave's Customer is an Australian owned, Sydney Headquartered IBM partner specialising in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) with a growing consultancy in India.
They are looking for
immediate starters (within 30 days) to complement their team.
They provide their clients advice on best practice in Business Intelligence, Enterprise Performance Management and scaling up applications to optimise their investment.
Their competitive advantage is the experience and skills in large Cognos TM1 applications. The Indian branch office also has a dedicated 24 hours a day TM1 support centre that gives them a unique ability to support TM1 applications of any size and complexity and provide cost effective services to their clients.
Duties And Responsibilities
Technical
- Development experience in TM1
- In-depth Knowledge of Cubes design, Turbo Integrator processes, Rules engine
- Ability to manage Projects
- Ability to install and configure TM1 on server/client
- Advanced Excel including Active form Reports
- Experience in Cognos BI will be advantageous
- Completion of assigned technical components of projects and system enhancements
Functional
- Experienced in agile development
- Ability to understand and document business requirements
- Ability to prototype in TM1 (rapid prototyping)
- Work within a team and on client sites
- Mentoring and training Junior Developers
Key Skills
- Degree qualified IT / Business / Commerce / Finance degree.
- Strong Project Management experience
- Strong TM1 Development experience is required
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to priorities despite conflicting requests
- The tenacity to complete tasks
- Self motivated, be able to work independently as well as being a team player
- Strong client service focus and willingness to respond to queries and provide
deliverables within prompt timeframes.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to consult clients and train staff
- Strong Business Acumen
