Role accountabilities:
- As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with scientists, engineers, project managers, and technical experts on various activities in support of diverse environmental assessments and remediation projects.
- You will be expected to deliver high quality within strict deadlines.
- You might be involved in a mix of operational and technical work.
- Technical work might include reporting; detailed design drawings, technical specifications, design calculations; assisting with development of remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial designs. This includes the coordination of figure generation, data management, work plans, and/or other required supporting documents.
- Operational work might include the management of a wider team of junior staff, including overarching responsibility for team project delivery, quality, training, development and wellbeing.
- We are looking for a leader who can provide mentoring and training junior staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Geoscience or Environmental / Chemical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- 8 to 10 years of experience in or related to Environmental Restoration (site characterization to cleanup, closure and redevelopment)
- Master s degree in Geoscience or Environmental / Chemical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- Engineer-In-Training certification or Professional Engineering license
- More than 8 to 10 years of experience in or related to Environmental Restoration (site characterization to cleanup, closure and redevelopment)
- Design and implementation (field work) experience in Environmental Restoration (site characterization to cleanup, closure and redevelopment)
