JOB TITLE: Senior Consultant
DEPARTMENT/COMPETENCY: SAP IBP
JOB SUMMARY:
A Senior Consultant at Argano is an experienced professional in the consulting family who provide expert advice and analysis in their field of proficiency. They are involved directly with clients and project management responsibilities related to their field of proficiency. They are responsible for delivering quality work independently on mid-size to large client projects. They work as part of a team under the direction of more experienced consultants as part of larger workstreams. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology and information systems. They demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for clients based upon their experience and best practices to achieve client's business objectives more efficiently and effectively.
Job Role - SAP IBP Consultant / AMS Analyst
Location - Hyderabad / Pune / Remote
1. Five plus years of experience in supply chain planning or supply chain execution or solution implementation experience. Candidates should have completed a minimum of 2 full IBP implementations.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
3. Held a Manager/Leadership position in a Supply Chain Organization and/or have worked for a Consulting company providing services in the Supply Chain environment.
4. Travel, depending on the project phase, may be required, depending on the project.
5. Candidate should have excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP with rollout experience in IBP S&OP, Demand planning, Response & Supply and should possess IBP solution expertise to design, build, test & deploy the solution.
6. Excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning Solution, knowledge of IBP architecture and capable of providing analysis & solutions clearly communicated to the customer.
7. Ability to comprehend complex business processes and create necessary documentation to capture these processes. Deliver Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation.
8. Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
9. Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs. Should be able to map client requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions.
10. Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces. Experience in Interfaces for master and transactional data and exposure to SAP HCI setup will be an added advantage.
11. Exposure to SAP APO in one or more sub modules will be an added advantage.
12. Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills a must.
13. Project management skills will be a value add.
14. SAP IBP Certification Associate highly desirable.
