Responsibilities
. Understand As-Is business processes, design to-be processes, perform gap analysis, carry out benchmarking studies, IN ORDER TO develop diagnostic report, benchmark report, process documents, gap analysis documentation, requirements documents.
. Participate in client meetings, engage with stakeholders effectively, develop the alternative options, approach along with the pros and cons including risks IN ORDER TO define and develop an optimal solution for the customer.
. Understand the systems set up, gain business process knowledge from customer, and ensure the new process meeting up customer expectations.
. As a test lead, ensure operations testing completed successfully, on time and bring the issues to IT for necessary resolution, Migration and Cut over - follow up with IT and Operations for the right data loaded, validate, work and manage any escalations from clients
. Regular Status updates to management and stakeholders on the progress, value delivery, Issues, concerns, and risk of project
. Support in creating tools, templates, frameworks, Case Studies, and other knowledge artifacts IN ORDER TO increase our market credibility/ differentiation and ability to re-use the same Support in creation of domain specific knowledge in areas of expertise IN ORDER TO have a practitioner-based approach
. Work on proof of concept for clients and demonstrate value of the solution
. Ability to comprehend technology, Quality frameworks, Process Knowledge, frameworks and approaches to drive end-to-end transformation
. Ability to identify and articulate the problem statements and convert them into valid hypothesis
. Hands on experience in driving transformative projects with exposure to business process services industry would be preferred
. Thought Leadership / IP creation - Create review and submit papers / POV's in own areas of expertise to create IP
. Knowledge management - Publish BOKs on new features in products, innovative solutions deployed, participate training in activities and conduct user training.
