Your Role:
(I) Operations Protocol and Stakeholder Management
- Design SOPs for building a secure environment for children, aligning with government regulations and guidelines
- Develop financial models and program policies for resident childrens physical, emotional, and educational needs
- Define roles for the interdisciplinary team and foster collaborations with government agencies and partners
(II) Program Development and Processes
- Design holistic programs focusing on well-being, education, and skill development
- Integrate after-school educational support, sports & arts-based learning, and recreational activities into daily program routine
- Harness cutting-edge delivery methods, including tech tools, to craft programs that are effective and highly efficient
- Outline program outcomes and establish data-gathering frameworks
(III) Communication and Outreach
- Build authentic relationships with stakeholders, garnering support for the centres mission
- Represent the foundation at forums and events, advocating for the rights and well-being of children
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, or education and 7+ years of relevant leadership experience in the domain of child rights and/or assisted living for children
- Proven track record leading teams in dynamic environments
- Strong understanding of education and mental health concerns, committed to innovative approaches
- Deep understanding of laws concerning children in need of care & protection, business strategy, and partnership development
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
