Roles & Responsibilities
6 to 8 years of relevent experience in ServiceNow Development & Administration with hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and enhance applications on ServiceNow ITSM , HRSD, ITOM platform
Demonstrate expert knowledge of ServiceNow tool set and integrations with related systems.
ServiceNow implementation experience in different modules (Incident, Problem, Change & Asset).
Good knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, MID Server Architecture, Probes, Sensors, Identifiers.
Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise.
Knowledge of Infrastructure / Networking.
Analyse client environment current state, maturity and complexities, and advise on best practice solutions.
Communicate with client on all aspects of initiated work in a clear and concise manner
Communicate all project updates, possible timeline deficiencies, problems, issues or events that could affect the overall project deliverables to customer on behalf of the team
Participate in internal or customer meetings as required adding value where and when required.
Good communication, written and documentation skills to gather requirements from customers, process owners and end users
Knowledge and some hands-on experience on Service-Now customized coding with Client Scripts, Business rules, UI actions, UI policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, UI Macros, UI Pages, Glide, Web Services and all other available coding techniques in Service-Now.
Experience in configuration of Network Devices using SNMP and Access Control Lists.
Ability to troubleshoot common network communication and security issues.
