Position: Senior Consultant

Job descriptions:

Work with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements

Preparation of As-Is Process

Identification and analysis of gaps and proposing To-Be processes for improved and efficient delivery of G2G, G2B and G2C services Collaborate with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams

Participate in the development and execution of test plans, UAT

Analyze data to support business decisions, create reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights

Responsible for all inter division related activities

Analyzing the requirements of department to determine their technology needs

Preparing functional requirement specifications (FRS)

Preparation of Financial Estimate of the proposed IT projects

Developing Government procurement deliverables (e.g. DPR and RFP, etc.) and vendor contracts

Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions

Experience:

Should have experience of working in PMC / PMC projects at GoI or State level

Minimum 8 years overall experience

Should have 5+ years of experience in Government Advisory projects

Experience in getting approvals with understanding of planning/designing & implementing engineering aspects of Urban/Rural Infrastructure / similar project

Bid Management, Vendor Management, Project Management

Relevant experience in Water Supply & Sanitation/liquid waste Management /Solid Waste Management / IT and eGovernance, Electronics / Telecommunication, similar sector would be preferred

Education Qualification:

B. E / BTech / M. E / MTech in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics / Electronics and telecommunication / Instrumentation Engineering MBA/ PG Diploma in Management / IT or equivalent would be preferred
