In this role, you are responsible for designing, coding, testing and implementing the customer requirements while mentoring other team members.
You will work with business analysts, clients and team members to design and implement product customizations and interfaces.

Work responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend and define end-user requirements for commodities trading, risk management, and operational processes.
- Develop comprehensive solution designs based on client needs and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage the implementation of Aspect CTRM solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
- Utilize your functional expertise to configure systems and customize scripts to meet client specifications.
- Design and implement custom reports, workbenches, uploaders, and web services tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the implemented solutions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and provide support to clients throughout the testing process.
- Facilitate smooth handover to client's post-implementation and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Manage change requests and enhancements to accommodate evolving business requirements.
What will put you ahead:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience working as a consultant or implementation specialist in the commodities trading or financial services industry.
- Expertise in implementing Aspect CTRM or similar commodities trading and risk management software.
- Strong understanding of commodities trading processes, risk management principles, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in ASPECT configuration, scripting, and customization to develop tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and mitigate risks effectively.
- This position may require occasional travel to client sites for onsite meetings and project engagements.
