Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree and will be proficient in construction management software. The role is full-time and requires a hybrid working arrangement involving both office and site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Management: Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes for construction materials and workmanship to meet project specifications.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Resource Management: Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.- Progress Reporting: Prepare and maintain project status reports and ensure regular communication with senior management.
Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, MS Project

- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in construction engineering within the real estate sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in construction management software and tools is essential.
