Senior Compliance Analyst CS freshers to 3 Yearsof experience CS mandatory

• Compliance & Audits: Ensure timely completion of all legal compliances and annual audits by coordinating with auditors.
• Meetings & Documentation: Prepare agendas, papers, and follow up on board meetings, committees, and AGMs manage AGMs/EGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and file forms (including XBRL).
• Investor Relations: Address investor queries and provide regular reports as per agreements.
• Advisory Support: Offer legal, financial, and strategic advice to management as needed.
• Policy & Regulatory Updates: Keep organizational policies and regulatory requirements up to date and secure committee approval.
• Records Management: Maintain statutory books and registers for members, directors, and secretaries.
• Contractual Agreements: Draft contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, minimizing risks of lawsuits and penalties.
• Expertise Required: Practical knowledge of Corporate, Securities, Labour Laws, FEMA, and ROC compliance in India and the USA.
