We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior ColdFusion Developer With Team Lead Experience to join our Ed-admin team.
As the Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and leading our development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions in the Ed-admin domain.
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Manage the development team, ensuring effective collaboration and task allocation.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and overall code quality.
Oversee testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-specific issues.
Education
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience
Essential
Minimum of 8 years of development experience.
3 years of experience in Lucee ColdFusion development.
1 year of experience in Lucee ColdFusion code review.
Unit testing experience, with familiarity in TestBox or similar tools.
Preferred
Minimum of 10 years of development experience.
5 years of experience in Lucee ColdFusion development.
3 years of experience in Lucee ColdFusion code review.
Technical Skills
Essential
Proficient in Lucee ColdFusion, with a strong understanding of advanced features and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of ColdFusion architecture, frameworks, and libraries.
Proficient in conducting comprehensive code reviews for ColdFusion applications.
Proficient in unit testing, with familiarity in TestBox or similar tools.

Remuneration:
2200-2600 USD monthly
Working day and hours
Mon to Fri, some weekend work may be necessary to support our operation which is 24 x 7
Working hours are 8 hrs minimum between 8am to 6pm CAT
