We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director with a strong background in client servicing within the events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of events, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients at a strategic level.
2. Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure the execution of event aligns with client objectives.
3. Monitor account performance, provide regular updates to the client, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and Internal Team. understanding their needs and challenges to provide effective solutions
Qualification/ Experience
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the events industry, with a focus on client servicing, business growth and account management.
Graduation or MBA
