Own overall relationship with assigned clients and establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive
continued value of our products and services
Act as the primary point of contact and establish contact with all key stakeholders at different client locations.
Lead the development of client briefs, project proposals, quotes, and presentations
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, overseeing a smooth execution process.
Conduct regular and structured review sessions with clients for continuous improvement to deliver operational
excellence.
Qualification/Skills Required:
MBA (preferred).
1-3 yrs. of relevant experience in account relationship management or customer success
Previous experience in advertising/event company handling enterprise accounts is preferred
An Entrepreneurial spirit with sales knack, hunger for knowledge and passion for creating value to the customer
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially power point and excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
