Job Description

Job Title: Senior Client Account Manager (ERP)

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days - Tuesday to Sunday (6 days) Sat & Sun- Field visits

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior Client Account Manager (ERP) to oversee and guide a team of Client Account Managers (CAMs) while continuing to contribute as an individual performer. This is a pivotal role that combines team leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on client management. The ideal candidate will drive the team's success by ensuring goals and objectives are met, while also maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

  1. Team Oversight:
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the CAM team to ensure timely achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Allocate work to team members and maintain accountability for their deliverables.
  1. Training & Development:
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure the team is aligned with company goals and processes through regular coaching and feedback sessions.
  1. Strategy & Delegation:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring optimal use of team bandwidth and expertise.
  1. Work Monitoring:
  • Maintain and monitor team work logs to ensure productivity and adherence to deadlines.

Client Account Management:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and oversee complex client relationships.
  2. Handle escalations and problem-solve to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  3. Conduct product demos, up-sell services, and provide hands-on support for deployments as required.

Reporting & Coordination:

  1. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, providing insights into team performance and client metrics.
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and delivery.

Key Requirements:

  1. Skills & Experience:
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and guiding teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and delegation abilities.
  • Proficiency in preparing management reports, presentations, and maintaining accurate work logs.
  • Industry experience in ERP, SaaS, or society management is a strong plus.
  1. Individual Contributor Skills:
  • Proven track record in key account management, including up-selling, deployments, and client relationship management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
  1. Preferred Traits:
  • Experience working in high-growth startups is advantageous.
  • Passion for taking ownership of responsibilities and driving results.
  • A proactive approach to handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
