Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies for creators within assigned content categories
Provide guidance on pricing strategies and ensure fair compensation for creators based on their content and audience reach.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify and capitalize on monetization opportunitiesPerformance Analytics:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation for creators within your categories.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance.Creator Training and Development:
Educate and train creators on maximizing their revenue potential through various monetization channels.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in influencer marketing monetization.Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
Collaborate on promotional campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue growth within specific categories.Contract Negotiation and Management:
Lead negotiations with brands and partners on behalf of creators within your categories.
Ensure contract terms are favorable for creators while meeting the needs of the marketplace.Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct regular market research to identify competitive pricing strategies and industry benchmarks.
Stay informed about changes in advertising regulations and platforms that may impact revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience with category planning, e-commerce or consulting
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content monetization trends, and influencer landscape.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong problem solving ability Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills and process/ data orientation.
Stakeholder management skills This is a cross-functional role and candidate should be able to drive results while working with diverse teams
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proficiency in SQL, Advanced excel, BI tools
P&L management experience of a category would be preferred
