SENIOR CATALOGUE EXECUTIVE
We're searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Catalogue Executive with experience in the Retail or Apparel industry, to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in crafting compelling and informative catalogues that drive sales and elevate the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Create, updating, and maintaining the online product catalogues on the band's website and on different e-commerce platforms.
- Research and write product descriptions, titles, and keywords, as well as uploading and editing product images and videos and ensuring they are right.
- Ensure that the products are correctly assigned to the relevant categories, subcategories, and filters, and that they comply with the platform's policies and standards.
- Knowledge of stock movement and product cycle in order to control and check inventory.
- Oversee, monitor and optimize the entire product information lifecycle, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all catalogue channels
- Upload approved price listings and discounts for individual and bulk listings.
- Update inventory on all platforms and marketplaces with the help of unicommerce/Uniware Software.
- Craft engaging and SEO-optimized product descriptions that inform, inspire, and convert customers.
- Analyze catalogue data and identify opportunities to improve product presentation, navigation, and overall customer engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in catalogue design, e-commerce optimization, and visual storytelling.
- Ensure the quality, validity, and integrity of the data in the product catalogues.
- Monitor and manage product listings on all Ecommerce platforms to ensure listing health issues are surfaced and addressed quickly
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in catalogue management within the retail/apparel industry.
- Knowledge and experience with Shopify and vendor panel product listing process on marketplaces and ecom portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise product descriptions.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Well experienced with office skills such has Excel
- Well experienced with backend panel of marketplaces.
