Minimum qualification : diploma or bachelors degree
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Range of CtC (Annual) :
- 0-3.6 L
Range of In hand per month : 25-30K
Reporting to : Head Chef / Director
Reportees (employees who will report to this position) : junior level employees
Software Knowledge : MS office
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and lead a team of baristas and kitchen staff, providing training and guidance.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplies to ensure availability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Create and update menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into cafe operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cafe or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
