We are looking for a passionate, skilled and responsible candidate who can lead our BIM team.

Job Title: BIM Co- Ordinator

location : On-site( Mysore, Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

1. Create and lead the execution of a detailed plan to transition the firm from CAD to BIM, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects.

2. Research, recommend, and oversee the implementation of appropriate BIM software and tools that align with the firm's needs and budget.

3. Conduct hands-on training sessions for staff to build proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies, providing ongoing support and guidance.

4. Develop and enforce BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all BIM-related work.

5. Work closely with project teams to integrate BIM processes into existing workflows, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.

6. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in BIM models, ensuring data integrity and compliance with project requirements.

7. Continuously evaluate and improve BIM workflows, staying updated with industry best practices and technological advancements.

8. Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, facilitating clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
