Role: Senior C++ Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Senior C++ Developer with over 3 years of experience in C++ development and at least 2 years of experience with Adobe InDesign SDK development. The role requires proficiency in developing software for both Windows and Mac platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain InDesign plugins for Windows and Mac using C++

- Train and mentor junior developers

- Delegate tasks and assignments to junior team members

Skills Required:

- Technical Skills:

- 3+ years of experience with C++ development

- 2+ years of experience with Adobe InDesign SDK development

- Proficiency in developing on both Windows and Mac

- Good knowledge of Visual Studio 2010+ and XCode 4+

- Knowledge of Design Patterns, JavaScript/AppleScript, XML/XPath, XSD/XSLT

- Non-Technical Skills:

- Proactive and self-driven

- Highly motivated

- Strong appetite for self-learning

Qualifications:

- B.E. in IT/Computers, BCA, or MCA

Compensation:

- Competitive salary with a standard hike based on previous CTC (in Lakhs)

Location:

- Initial 6 months onsite in Panjim, Goa

- Remote work available post initial 6 months
