We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (17223) to provide value-added expertise in supporting our financial systems and help business achieve their objectives by serving as a resource across functional boundaries and business areas. This individual provides consultation to define and achieve objectives, identify risk, and implement technology solutions.n

nWhat you'll do:n

- Partner closely with the product and technical teams to develop detailed technical specification and functional documentation while ensuring there is alignment between all teams on the solution.n
n
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and technical environment to achieve optimal solutionn
n
- Configure D365 features and modules to support the design and implementation of possible functional and technical solutions.n
n
- Monitor progress to ensure project deliverables are met, track progress to plan, and communicate status to project team members and management.n
n
- Review, analyze and evaluate financial user needs.n
n
- Prepare user stories, and write system specifications to support the design of possible technology solutions. Clarify any questions engineering team may have.n
n
- Create, document, review, and execute test cases to validate system output and expected test results. Lead user acceptance testing.n
n
- Provide hands-on application/production support.n
n
- Assist with change management efforts including:n
no Creating a strategy to support adoption of the required changes.n
n
no Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.n
n
no Supporting the design, development, and delivery of communication.n
n
nWhat you'll bring:n

n
- Bachelor's degree in related field. Degree in MIS, finance, accounting or business is a plusn
n
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate financial reporting and/or systems analysis functionn
n
- Experience in Dynamics 365 or AX 2012 Finance and Accounting.n
n
- Experience in supporting and implementing financial systems solutions (i.e. budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, inventory management)n
n
- Process redesign experiencen
