Looking for a highly energetic, self motivated, people focused individual who has experience in conceiving, planning and executing initiatives to engage, develop, recognize and retain associates. Someone who has strong network with academia, industry and other ecosystem partners and can enable in Organization & Leadership branding, talent attraction and innovation within and outside the firm. One with a strong executive presence, influencing and partnership skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar & meetings of VP Banking R&D , India with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage travel, visa, tickets, ground logistics for Banking R&D. Work with global EA to manage schedules and agenda during travels.
- Partner with academia & industry partners to identify, design and deliver on opportunities in branding and educational areas
- Manage events, either at office or outside premises. Provide end to end logistic support including AV etc for the events including negotiations & contract with third party and internal admin, facilities and support teams.
- Partner with global leadership, HR and necessary stakeholders to design, roll out and report learning, associate recognition and engagement programs.
- Assist R&D Banking leaders with contractor hiring and invoice reviews.
- Develop and/or maintain process / program organizational documentation
- Assist with the development and dissemination of diverse internal and external communications
- Handle highly sensitive information
- Engages with functional / operational leaders to understand business systems, processes, objectives, challenges and areas for improvement.
- Analyze workflows and identify issues, bottlenecks or other areas for effectiveness or efficiency improvement
- Provides Business Operations support across organizational units and / or for large integrated processes or functions.
- Works collaboratively with business partners to identify change targets, formulate analytical / change management plans and build improvement recommendations.
- Works on complex business problems that may include multiple functions .
- Supports process implementation through education, training, or facilitation.
- Follows up to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 10+ years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly energetic, self motivated individual with top planning and execution skills
- Strong network with academic, industry and ecosystem partners.
