- Demonstrated experience to understand and drive sales initiatives to grow customers, revenue and accelerate growth in delivery of products and services.
- Experience in selling digital products that impact the triple bottom line.
- User centric approach with prior ground and corporate client facing experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Practical, committed and problem solving approach.
- Able to travel in rural India for at least 10 days a month depending on the pandemic restrictions.

The organization which is a 40 year old social enterprise dedicated to building rural enterprises, through one of its Special Purpose Vehicle, offers a complete range of online services, to help build and grow rural enterprises. Adopting the Freemium model, the platform is already up and running.
Now the organisation is looking for a person who would:
- Understand the rural micro-entrepreneurs needs and align the product roadmap to those needs.
- Anchor the roll-out of marketing and sales strategy for enterprise support services products and network development of udyaME digital platform.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders and strengthen the udyaME brand.
- Own and drive the business numbers of products.
- Formulate and deploy business transformational strategies to increase performance, profitability & business growth
