As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
Develop and Implement MDM Strategies- Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions that align with business goals, ensuring data consistency, quality, and accuracy across systems.
- Create and maintain data models to meet organizational data standards and facilitate data integration.
Data Modeling and Analytics- Perform data modeling and analytics to support data integration and reporting needs, enabling actionable insights and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to establish data structures and MDM best practices.
Lead Cross-Functional Teams- Manage MDM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop data governance frameworks, policies, and processes to maintain data quality.
Project Management- Drive MDM projects from planning to execution using project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2).
- Manage project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure high-quality delivery within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide support in data management strategies.
- Facilitate regular updates and communication with various teams, ensuring clarity of project goals and alignment.
Data Quality and Governance- Implement data governance best practices to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all data sources.
- Develop and enforce MDM policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
Tool Implementation and Optimization- Work with MDM tools and technologies to implement and maintain data management solutions.
- Optimize existing data management processes and explore new technologies to improve data quality and accessibility.
Documentation and Reporting- Document processes, standards, and protocols related to data management for reference and training purposes.
- Provide periodic reports and insights into MDM performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- 5 Years experience with a relevant Computer Science Degree
- 5 Years plus Master Data Management Experience (MDM)
- Experience of Data Modelling and Data Analytics
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of MDM tools and technologies
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Any certifications that can assist (i.e. Prince 2) etc
