About the job
We are looking for a driven, self-starter who can be a core member of our Enterprise Business Development team and support our rapidly growing sales activities.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for creating and nurturing the sales pipeline through focused outreach.
- Research in geographies, sectors, and companies in target markets to support sales strategy, spot opportunities and identify target enterprises.
- Prepare a compelling pitch to open doors in target accounts; Qualify accounts via direct/indirect validation before adding to the pipeline.
- Identify the right people in target accounts and set up introductory meetings for sales teams.
- Support the marketing team in outreach during branding exercises and events.
What are we looking for:
- Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration with minimum 1 year of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to do deep Market Research, connect the dots, client personas, and information into a compelling pitch.
- Familiarity with social media tools.
- The ability to hustle, work with ambiguity, and actively participate in problem-solving would be highly valuable.
- A personal interest in the climate space and curiosity about solutions for the same would be a bonus.
