Senior Business Development Professional - Mumbai/Pune Locations

1. Seeking a Client Service/Engagement Representative who would be focused on handling Strategic Intellectual Property (IP) Consulting and Commercial/Corporate Law Centric offerings of IIPRD (www.iiprd.com) and Khurana & Khurana (www.khuranaandkhurana.com) including client communications, representation on various exhibitions, events, seminars, and conferences taking place across the country, along with advising on IP/Patent and Commercial/Corporate Law Support Mandates that K&K/IIPRD focus on including managing client relationships and handling client engagements. It would be strongly preferred if the colleague has exposure to IP and/or Legal matters, and has clarity on IP laws in general.

2. The candidate would be expected to work independently on focused and clear mandates with defined expectations, and would be reporting directly to a firm partner. The candidate should be matured, self-motivated, focused on client service and associated mandates, and thorough professional, with simple and humble attitude.

3. Work Location would not be a constraint, although it would be preferred if the candidates works from K&K's head office in Mumbai and/or Pune. Colleagues from other locations are also welcome to apply.

4. Professionals should possess extremely strong written and verbal/communication skills, and should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client service representation.

5. Should be willing to work independently and take complete responsibility of mandates allocated.

6. Prior experience on IP/Patent mandates would be really helpful.
