  • Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding clients who require voice-over and multilingual solutions for their video content. This includes clients from the education sector, such as Unacademy and Drishti IAS, as well as those in the podcasting, video storytelling, and narration domains.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in the education sector, podcasting, video storytelling, and narration industries.
Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our voice-over and multilingual solutions into their existing workflows.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the voice-over and multilingual content space.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with the production, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client acquisition progress, and market trends to senior management.
  • Required Skills and Expertise:
Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the education, podcasting, or video content industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the voice-over and multilingual content market, particularly within the education and media sectors.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
