Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance our competitive position in the US IT staffing industry.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of sales, marketing, and business development professionals to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies that align with our company's goals. Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and assess competitive landscapes.
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, account management, and cross-selling initiatives. Set sales targets, performance metrics, and incentive programs to boost sales productivity.
Market Expansion: Identify and enter new markets, industries, and regions to diversify our client portfolio and revenue streams. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for specific market segments.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Understand clients needs and deliver innovative staffing solutions.
Product Development: Work with internal teams to enhance existing services and develop new products that meet market demands and client needs. Use market research and customer feedback to drive product innovation.
Marketing Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and lead generation programs to boost our visibility and market presence. Use digital marketing, content marketing, and thought leadership to engage target audiences and generate leads.
Revenue Forecasting and Performance Analysis: Create forecasting models and performance metrics to track progress, evaluate the sales pipeline, and identify areas for improvement. Analyze sales data and market intelligence to make informed decisions.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and business development professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles driving revenue growth and market expansion in the US IT staffing or related industry.
Deep understanding of IT staffing services, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in salesforce automation tools, CRM systems, and marketing technologies.
