Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Business Development Manager (Upto 11LPA) at NoBrokerHood. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales goals. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as market knowledge and business acumen.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the technology or real estate industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
