The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the BPO/KPO/Data Services by acquiring new business and expanding existing client relationships. This role requires a proven track record in generating business for BPO/KPO/Data Services, deep understanding of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and domain knowledge, and experience in international markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and the ability to effectively leverage data mining, transcription, scraping, and backend support services to meet client needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Increase revenue for the BPO/KPO/Data Management department through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing client relationships.
- Business Generation: Demonstrate a proven track record in generating business for Data Management services, with a focus on data mining, entry, PDF, transcription, scraping, and backend support, virtual assistant FTE.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including market analysis, identifying key opportunities, and positioning services effectively.
- Market Expansion: Expand the company's presence in international markets, identifying new opportunities and establishing partnerships to drive growth for Data Management department.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate degree or equivalent, with specialization in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, with a focus on Data Management services. Proven track record of success in generating business and expanding client relationships.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and domain knowledge related to Data Management services like medical, healthcare, food, insurance, hotel, ecommerce, real estate, logistics, travel and more.
- International Experience: Experience working in international markets, with a strong understanding of global business dynamics and cultural nuances.
