KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive regional business development and acquire new clients to expand market presence.
- Conduct market research on clients, competitors, and workplace sector trends.
- Develop and deliver tailored pitches and presentations that meet client needs.
- Actively prospect for new clients and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the department head and team for a seamless sales cycle.
- Represent SKV Commercial by targeting potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Identify partnership opportunities and build strong relationships.
- Create advocacy affiliations to strengthen SKV's market position.
- Generate business leads through cold and warm calling techniques.
- Develop and nurture relationships with developers and brokers for a strong industry network.
- Establish and maintain connections with vendors and suppliers in the market.
EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATION:
- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years & above experience in commercial FIT-OUT or related industry (leasing, PMC, design).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
