Job Description

We are looking for a candidate to drive business development, acquire new clients, and expand our market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive regional business development and acquire new clients to expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research on clients, competitors, and workplace sector trends.
  • Develop and deliver tailored pitches and presentations that meet client needs.
  • Actively prospect for new clients and convert prospects into business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the department head and team for a seamless sales cycle.
  • Represent SKV Commercial by targeting potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and build strong relationships.
  • Create advocacy affiliations to strengthen SKV's market position.
  • Generate business leads through cold and warm calling techniques.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with developers and brokers for a strong industry network.
  • Establish and maintain connections with vendors and suppliers in the market.

EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years & above experience in commercial FIT-OUT or related industry (leasing, PMC, design).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
