Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying new business leads.
- End to End Business Development.
- Responsible for driving business growth within a company.
- They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income Manage every aspect of a project, including its planning, communication, risk assessment, and resources.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing and new clients.
- Understanding client needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. Understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape.
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing
- Contributing to the development and execution of the company's sales strategy
- Business development manager puts more attention into fostering client relationships.
