It created a lot of buzz since Ludo has been a famous game in Asia, the Middle East, and parts of Europe. Ludo King crossed 1.3 Billion installs by May 2024 becoming a phenomenal success globally.

Apart from the mega-hit Ludo King game, the company has produced games like Carrom King - a digital carrom game, Bubble Shooter King, CallBreak King, Snakes & Ladder King, and Sudoku King a world-renowned Sudoku game for puzzle game lovers, with many more interesting games in production. Carrom King is gaining popularity worldwide and has more than 50 million active installs.

JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can bring more business to the organization and someone who can engage with all the senior stakeholders and keep them in the loop regarding any developments in the business. Business managers need to be able to multi-task, have good decision-making abilities, have leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead strategy for new partnerships.
  • Acquisition and publishing of new games.
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
  • To identify and launch key partners for a long-term strategic partnership with the organization.
  • Onboard new brands. Also, onboard Brand Consultants/ Agents and engage with them to onboard new brands.
  • Build business pitch for potential brands in partnership with category & marketing
  • Work on the commercial and business models along with business and finance teams
  • Work on building scenarios, negotiate and close deals with potential partners
  • Successfully launch new brands through the closure of Contracts/Agreements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8-15 years
  • Good exposure and understanding of the gaming market.
  • Quick learner, confident, and good presentation skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and good at spotting opportunities.
  • Client/Agency relationship exposure with strong relationship management skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Excellent contacts in the industry to get new opportunities.
  • Strong track record in developing leads, conducting meetings, and translating them into recurring business.
  • High ambition backed by solid work ethic and desire to excel and outperform in a fast-growing company and rapidly evolving industry.
  • Excellent Communication skills written & verbal.
