Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Business Development/Account Manager at Fubeus. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. Also you should be capable to expand with in existing customer base. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, developing business strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. This role is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven 2-6 years of experience in business development or sales in the engineering services industry
• Strong knowledge of IoT, Wireless, Healthcare, Semiconductor, or Cloud software engineering
• Manage existing key Fortune 100 customers accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel and attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
