Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager at ExpressEarth. The role involves developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in the MICE industry or related field for atleast 3 Yrs (Mandatory)
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop business plans
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
