Role Summary:
We seek a Senior Business Development Manager with 6 years of experience to drive business growth and expand our client base. This role requires expertise in branding, graphics, design, advertising, packaging design, photoshoots, video production, communication campaigns, space design, CIP's, exhibition design, ATL & BTL, and related areas. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base across multiple domains such as education, jewelry retail, manufacturing, and IT. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new clients in sectors such as education, jewelry retail, manufacturing, and IT.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple domains.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop customized sales pitches and proposals that address the specific needs of clients.
- Project Management and Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 years of sales experience in an advertising agency, with a proven track record in multiple sectors such as education, jewelry retail, manufacturing, and IT.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of branding, graphics, design, advertising, packaging design, photoshoots, video production, communication campaigns, space design, CIP's, exhibition design, ATL & BTL.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and media channels.
- Excellent research and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong presentation skills.
