Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive . As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and fostering growth for the company.
1. Identifying Prospects:
- Researching and identifying potential clients in need of digital marketing services.
- Utilizing various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and online platforms to generate leads.
2. Building Relationships:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understanding clients needs and pain points to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
3. Pitching Services:
- Presenting our agency's digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and technologies.
4. Developing Proposals:
- Creating customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, analytics) to develop comprehensive solutions.
5. Negotiating Contracts:
- Leading negotiations and discussions on pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to project kick-off.
6. Meeting Targets:
- Setting and achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for business growth and expansion.
7. Market Research:
- Monitoring industry trends, competitors, and market changes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience (3 years) in business development or sales roles within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
