  • We are seeking a seasoned leader to lead our business development initiatives and expand our global footprint. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cultivating relationships and closing deals with international clients. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adaptability to various time zones, and strict adherence to operational procedures are prerequisites for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in selling Information Technology Services/Software/Hardware to international clients or those with expertise in cold calling and lead generation within these domains.
  • Job Description:
Forge strategic connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the realm of Performance Marketing and Marketing Technology.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, utilizing a blend of online and offline communication mediums. This includes crafting tailored proposals, conducting negotiations, and aligning customer requirements with our service offerings in collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Assume ownership of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely resolution of issues.
Actively promote the StepIn brand by contributing to industry-related discourse through avenues such as blogging, virtual events, and online forums.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in terms of domestic and international travel, as per business requirements.
  • Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably within the IT sector, demonstrating a consistent track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Required Qualifications:
Graduates/Postgraduates in relevant disciplines, with additional certifications or training in sales and marketing preferred.
  • Benefits:
Full-time employment.

Yearly increments based on performance.
