Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS products and IT services, particularly in international markets such as the USA, UK, and Australia.
- This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves both direct product sales and the acquisition of new IT service clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Navkar's SaaS products and IT services in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients from locations such as the USA, UK, Australia, and other regions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, sectors, and trends to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate our communication platform and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on SaaS products and IT services.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding clients from international markets such as the USA, UK, Australia, etc.
- Strong understanding of the software industry, particularly SaaS solutions and IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
