We are looking for a mid-senior business development executive to join our IT sales team and help us grow our client base. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the USA, Australia, Europe and Singapore markets. You will also be involved in building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Positive and self-motivated team player with an excellent networker.
- Generate leads via cold-calling, email marketing, events, and LinkedIn.
- Use Upwork bidding and B2B IT sales strategies to pitch our web development, mobile application, and DevOps services to prospective clients.
- Use LinkedIn sales navigator to research and connect with decision-makers and influencers in the target accounts.
- Use CRM software and lead moderation tools to manage and track the sales pipeline and activities.
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities outside the existing or traditional client base through market and account research, sales events, networking, and other programs.
- Monitor and report on all sales activities and performance against quarterly/yearly goals.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Ability to work with quarterly/yearly goals.
- Willingness to travel as required - events/conferences
- Do research and generate business
- Flexible with work timing
- Knowledge of AI tools and growth platforms
- Vast connections of clients and core networks in Australia and Singapore
