Job Description

Are you a results-oriented, self-motivated professional with a passion for driving business growth We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team, focused on expanding our client base. In this role, you will play a critical role in revenue generation, acquiring new customers, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking and secure new business opportunities.

2. Build a robust pipeline of leads through email, networking events, and social media.

3. Make a list of customers who fit our ideal client profile.

4. Acquire new clients for our various services.

5. Understand the client's need and specific requirement. Present proposals aligned to his goals and objectives.

6. Once a client is onboarded, continue to nurture and grow the relationship.

7. Reviewing their existing portfolios and providing appropriate suggestions.

8. Understanding and presenting research reports, Mutual Fund updates, life and health insurance services to clients.

9. Build rapport which will help in maintaining client loyalty and securing repeat business.

10. Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering trust, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

11. Addressing client concerns, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to upsell or expand our services.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

1. Strong networking and lead generation skills. Ability to identify and convert potential clients.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively put forward the various services.

3. Analytical mindset to understand client needs, conduct market analysis, and position our services strategically.

4. Ability to grow in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet ambitious targets.

5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA-Finance/Marketing preferred). Having a CFP certification will be an added advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of experience required. Freshers with excellent communication skills and educational background can also apply.
