Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling: Provide professional and empathetic counseling to prospective students to understand their educational and career goals.

Course Pitching: Effectively pitch DATA SCIENCE courses to students And working professionals, highlighting the benefits and career opportunities associated with each program.

Information Dissemination: Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and other relevant details.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails with potential students to ensure they have all the information needed to make an informed decision.

Admissions Support: Assist students with the enrollment process, including filling out applications and providing guidance on documentation requirements.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their educational journey.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively counsel students.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and provide insights to the management team to improve course offerings and counseling processes.

Requirements:

Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

o Ability to understand and empathize with student needs and concerns.

o Knowledge of DATA SCIENCE courses and career pathways.

o Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Passion for Education: A genuine interest in helping students succeed and achieve their educational goals.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication and record-keeping.
