Responsibilities for a Senior Business Executive :

  1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the office furniture market.
  2. Identifying new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments, to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends, and using insights to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  5. Leading sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with company pricing, delivery, and quality standards.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful launch and promotion of office furniture products and solutions.
  7. Monitoring sales performance metrics, such as revenue, profit margins, and market share, and implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  8. Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts, budget plans, and market insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  9. Mentoring and coaching sales team members, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximize individual and team performance.
  10. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen relationships within the office furniture market.
