Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Consortium Gifts, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through B2B sales efforts. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and presenting our range of corporate gifting solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of institutional selling dynamics, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and referrals.

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. Understand clients gifting needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Solution Presentation:

Present our range of corporate gifting solutions effectively, highlighting their value and benefits. Customize proposals and presentations based on client needs and preferences.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

Close sales deals and manage the complete sales cycle.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of 2 to 3 years in B2B sales.

Strong understanding of corporate gifting dynamics, trends, and client needs.

Excellent communication skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Should have their own vehicle, 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler
