Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Blitz Academy. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the education industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education or training sector.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential students/clients in the education and training sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students/clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Understand student's/client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential students/clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals(number of Admissions)
  • Maintain a database of potential and existing clients
  • Stay updated with industry developments and changes in the education sector

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EdTech Industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good understanding of the education industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
