Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Patna, or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for driving business growth through market research, proposal development, and project coordination. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends within the specified regions in the EPC contracting sector.
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of projects and opportunities.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable and sustainable business agreements.
  • Project Coordination and Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution. Provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Market Expansion and Strategic Partnerships: Identify new market segments and geographical areas for expansion. Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business growth and market penetration.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales targets, revenue forecasts, and market share. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualification:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the EPC contracting or power systems industry.
  • Strong understanding of the EPC contracting process and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the specified regions.
  • Fluency in English and regional languages as applicable.
  • Work locations in Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Patna, Assam, or Bhutan would be advantageous.
