Role & Responsibilities :

Individual Contribution Role

• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads to expand our customer base.
• Customer Outreach : Contact parents to schedule demo classes and provide information about our offerings.
• Sales : Drive sales to achieve targets and increase revenue.
• Key Account Management : Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum Qualification : Graduate
• 1-2 Year of Field Role experience
• Ed-tech Background (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Open to stretching that extra mile required
• Working Days: 6 days
• Good command of selling skills and key account management
• Good communication skills

Recruitment Process:

• Round 1 : Face-to-face interview at the office
• Round 2 : Field activity
• Round 3 (Final) : Interview
