Position- Senior Business Development Associate

Department- Sales

Nature of job- Full-time

Location- Kolkata(Salt Lake)

We design, manufacture, build, and operate photovoltaic power plants from kilowatt scale up to multi-megawatt scale. KSL Cleantech has one of the largest sales/ installation networks backed by an experienced team of design and integration experts.

KSL has an overall experience of over 400+ Solar Power Plant installations across the country over the past decade. All our systems and projects are designed and integrated as per guidelines of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) and also the global best practices. The system is designed to meet diversified needs - from rural electrification to powering urban growth areas, defense outposts to banking sectors to Industrial units - in all sectors, we offer the most efficient & innovative solar systems along with attractive government subsidies and finance options.

Role and responsibilities-

Purpose of the role-

As a Sales Associate, the primary role is to generate and follow up with potential clients for Solar Projects including industries, businesses, and institutions.

Responsibilities-

  • Generate new leads of potential clients from existing and new databases.
  • Present marketing material or presentations to prospective clients.
  • Engage in Email or WhatsApp marketing, and cold calling.
  • Recruit for junior positions and also train and monitor them.
  • Lead a team and make sure they meet their target.
  • Coordinating for Bank finance for the client with a local bank, or financial institution.
  • Keeping track of events, and conferences in the assigned region and participating in them.

Qualifications-

Required Qualification-

  • Graduation is a compulsion

Skills-

  • Good communication & Presentation
  • Follow up
  • Handling a large number of clients

Experience-

Min 2 years as a Team Leader(Tele Caller/ Business Development Executive)

Languages- English, Hindi, and Bengali (all compulsory)

Working Structure-

Days- 6 days working

(Monday to Friday )

Timings- 10 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.

(Alternate Saturdays- 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
