Job Description

Our mission is to empower aspiring students and professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their careers. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Business Development Associate to join our IT Sales team and contribute in expanding our customer base.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Guardians EdTech within the IT sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert potential individual learners and professionals into enthusiastic customers. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute strategies that boost enrolment and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential B2C customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential learners, understanding their needs and addressing their questions effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of our IT courses to effectively communicate their value and benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive B2C sales growth.
  • Lead Management: Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor our approach and offerings accordingly.
  • Conversion Optimization: Continuously optimize the customer conversion process, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on B2C sales activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • BTech, BE, Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or any other relevant field.
  • Experience in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech or IT sector will be a Plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with potential customers.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing and sales techniques.
