- SABE is an Enterprise Utility, tasked to ensure enablement to support business growth across sales and marketing organizations by providing accurate Performance Reporting & Analytics, Global Incentives Servicing, Platforms & Capabilities.
- The current role comes under Merchant Data Platforms & Capabilities team which supports various GMNS platforms and products along with enabling respective end use business processes. CRMD (Consumer Relevant Merchant Data) team is focused on improving merchant demographic data which is used by several enterprise level use cases like Statement, Maps, and others.
- This role under SABE CRMD sampling team will focus on manually validating the algorithm recommendations for merchant demographics through web and share recommendations and insights. This manually validated data is also required for PRSA purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, plan, and execute the process of data sampling, research, and validation for Merchant demographics information.
- Partner with product and business teams to understand the business context and convert the requirement in business rules.
- Create and maintain tracking reports to identify patterns and anomalies using manual validations and provide insights for platform improvement.
- Collaborate with diverse partners to define scoping, prioritize, and deliver on various data sampling requests.
- Create and maintain SOP documentation for processes supported by the team in alignment with control management practices.
- Support platform PRSA testing by establishing platform accuracy on key dimension like coverage, completeness, accuracy etc
- Ideate and implement process improvement ideas to create more efficiencies and add value to the business by delivering better results.
Purpose: The objective of Data Sampling process is to periodically monitor the data quality of the CRMD data by validating CRMD key attributes as per predefined business rules with Google / Merchant website.

Past Experience
- 1-3 Years of experience in Data Research, Analysis & Operations Role
Academic Background
- Bachelors or masters degree in Business or Analytical focus (e.g, Math) and/or Engineering
