Time Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Hybrid Work Model: Work from Office Twice a week

About the Role:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing and executing a large number of low to medium complexity projects while ensuring the measurement and reporting of project outcomes.

Supporting the creation of data requirements, data science requirements, and validating solutions based on stakeholder-defined problems.

Gathering and analyzing data to support business outcomes reporting.

Testing current business processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Writing clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation based on input from key stakeholders.

Narrating stories to both technical and non-technical audiences about our data, processes, and data science models.

Managing business-as-usual activities and new project initiatives specific to Go To Market analytics.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:


A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Advanced Analytics Operations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis. Alteryx skills are desirable.

Experience in running and measuring the outcomes of low to medium complexity projects.

Ability to support the creation of data requirements and data science requirements, and validate solutions based on stakeholder needs.

Strong data analysis skills to gather and analyze data for business outcomes reporting.

Experience in testing and recommending improvements for current business processes.

Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured business requirements and documentation.

Skill in narrating stories about data, processes, and data science models to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in managing both business-as-usual and new project activities specific to Go To Market analytic initiatives.
